Patriots.com announces that Brian Lowe has been named host and producer of Patriots Video News, replacing the show's original host, Dave Querzoli, who departed last week.
Lowe, 24, has been on the staff of the Patriots and New England Revolution for three years, working primarily in media relations. A Worcester native and graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, he has been a host, reporter and producer for Revolution Video News, which was unveiled this year.
Querzoli joined Patriots Video News in 1999. He helped elevate PVN to a must-see element of Patriots.com, bringing in-depth news, interviews and features to Patriots fans for four years. Querzoli began a teaching career this week.
With the tandem of Lowe and editor Robert Doyle, Patriots Video News will continue to provide Patriots followers with an exciting and unique perspective on New England's team. A new edition of PVN will be posted on Patriots.com Monday through Friday all season long. Monday's show will recap the most recent Patriots game and will highlight the news and information that comes about on the day after. On Tuesday, fans can expect some lighter fare, getting more insight and a closer look at the Patriots. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, PVN will bring fans player and coach interviews, highlights and all the Pats news you need to get ready for the upcoming game.
