Foxborough, Mass. – Beginning this month, Patriots and Revolution fans will notice new looks and new menus at the concession stands at Gillette Stadium. The stadium has revamped and rebranded each of its 38 permanent concessions stands, introducing new menu items and additional healthy options.
While stadium favorites like Italian sausages and Papa Gino's pizza remain on the menu, offerings like house-smoked beef brisket and Buffalo wings will greet guests at newly rebranded concessions locations like "Smokehouse Grill" and "Tenders & Wings." An expanded menu of healthy and vegetarian selections will also appear at new "Market Fresh Deli" locations, including freshly-prepared salads, wraps and fresh fruit.
The menus will appear on newly-installed digital displays and upgraded overhead signage throughout the stadium's concourses will help guests find their game day craving.
"We're pleased with the upgrades," said James Nolan, Gillette Stadium Senior Vice President of Operations, Administration and Finance. "We think the menus reflect the changing taste of our guests. The new organization of the concessions stands is more efficient and the new signage and menu boards are easier to see and read. All in all, it's a huge upgrade to our concessions offerings and an added value for our guests."
Since opening in 2002, Gillette Stadium has implemented upgrades each year to enhance the fan experience. These have included the addition of new high definition video boards – among the largest in the NFL – in 2010 and the unveiling of the Putnam Club in 2011.
