FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The Rolling Stones announced via satellite from Paris, France today that the first stop on the second U.S. leg of their "A Bigger Bang" world tour will be Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. on Sept. 20.
The band --Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood-- is in Paris for one of 20 European stops before returning to the United States. The tour originally kicked off in August 2005 with two shows at Boston's Fenway Park that left area fans wanting more. Now the Stones will pack New England's largest and best concert venue when they rock Gillette Stadium in September.
