JOEY SLYE SETS TEAM RECORD WITH A 63-YARD FIELD GOAL
K Joey Slye set a team record with a 63-yard field goal at the end of the second quarter. The previous record was a 62-yard field goal by K Stephen Gostkowski at Oakland on Nov. 19, 2017 in Mexico City. Slye's previous best was a 61-yard field goal in the second quarter vs. Philadelphia on Oct. 29, 2023 when he played for Washington. Gostkowski and Slye are the only Patriots to ever kick a successful 60-yard field goal. Slye's field goal is tied for the fourth-longest in NFL history.

SLYE BECOMES ONE OF NINE PLAYERS WITH TWO 60-YARD FIELD GOALS
Slye joins Justin Tucker, Matt Prate, Brandon Aubrey, Brett Maher, Sebastian Janikowski, Harrison Butker, Jake Elliott and Greg Zuerlein as one of nine NFL players with two 60-yard field goals.
SLYE CONNECTS ON TWO LONG FIELD GOALS
Slye connected on a 63-yard field goal in the second quarter and a 54-yard field goal in the fourth quarter. The Patriots have now had five games with at least two 50-yard field goals. K Stephen Gostkowski had three and K Nick Folk had one. Slye has connected on two field goals of 50 or more yards in a game two times, vs. Philadelphia on Nov. 14, 2022 with a 55 and 58-yarder when he played for Washington and vs. Tampa Bay on Sept. 12, 2019 when he played for Carolina with a 54-yard field goal and a 51-yarder.

WISE HAS SECOND STRAIGHT GAME WITH A SACK
DL Deatrich Wise Jr. sacked QB Brock Purdy for a 5-yard loss in the second quarter for his second straight game with a sack. He had a 6-yard sack of QB Aaron Rodgers at the New York Jets on Sept. 19. It is his first time recording back-to-back games with a sack since beginning his career with a sack in each of his first two games as a rookie in 2017 when he had 1 sack vs. Kansas City (9/7/17) and 1 sack at New Orleans (9/17/17).
WHITE HAS TWO MORE HITS
DE Keion White has had at least 2 quarterback hits in each of the first four games of the season after registering 2 quarterback hits against the San Francisco. He now has 9 total quarterback hits. The most quarterback hits in a season by a New England player are the 28 by LB Matthew Judon during the 2022 season. The most in an NFL season is 50 by DL J.J. Watt in 2014 and 2015.
BARINGER EXTENDS STREAK
P Bryce Baringer extended his streak to 21-straight games with at least one 50-yard punt with a 61-yard punt in the second quarter. The NFL record for the longest streak with at least one 50-yard punt since 1970 is 38 by Shane Lechler (2007-10). His 21-game streak is the longest current streak, with Indianapolis P Rigoberto Sanchez second with a 20-game streak.
ELLISS FORCES FUMBLE ON SECOND HALF KICKOFF
LB Christian Elliss forced and recovered a fumble on the second half kickoff to give New England a first down at the San Francisco 27-yard line. That play helped set up the Patriots first touchdown on a 5-yard pass from QB Jacoby Brissett to TE Austin Hooper. It was Elliss' first career forced fumble and recovery. Elliss finished with a career-high 3 special teams tackles.
HOOPER SCORES FIRST TOUCHDOWN WITH NEW ENGLAND
TE Austin Hooper had his first touchdown with New England on a 5-yard touchdown reception from QB Jacoby Brissett in the third quarter. It was his first touchdown since a two-touchdown game as a member of Tennessee in Week 11 of the 2022 season at Green Bay on Nov. 17, 2022.
CARDONA HAS HAD AT LEAST ONE SPECIAL TEAMS TACKLE IN ALL FOUR GAMES
LS Joe Cardona has had at least 1 special teams tackle in each of the first four games of the 2024 season after assisting on a special teams tackle in the third quarter. He now has 4 special teams tackles in 2024, tying his career-high of 4 special teams tackles set in 2017. The most special teams tackles by a long snapper since 2000 is 12 by Zak DeOssie of the New York Giants in 2008. S Brenden Schooler was the last Patriots player to record at least 1 special teams tackle in each of the first four games of the season in 2022.

LINEUP NOTES
• G Sidy Sow returned to the starting lineup at left guard after missing the first three games due to injury.
• T Demontrey Jacobs made his first NFL start when he was inserted into the lineup at left tackle due to the injury to T Vederian Lowe.
• CB Isaiah Bolden made his NFL debut when he entered the game on the punt return team in the second quarter. Bolden spent his rookie season on injured reserve in 2023 and began the 2024 season on the practice squad before being signed to the 53-man roster.
• LB Joshue Uche started at linebacker in place of the injured LB Anfernee Jennings. It was Uche's first start since Oct. 8, 2023 vs. New Orleans.
• TE Mitchell Wilcox was elevated from the practice squad and made his New England debut on the kickoff return team.
• G/C Nick Leverett saw his first snaps on the offensive line as a member of the Patriots when he filled in at center for David Andrews in the first quarter.
