TEAM NOTES PATRIOTS SCORE ON OPENING DRIVE FOR FIRST TIME IN 2024
The Patriots scored on their opening possession for the first time in 2024 when QB Drake Maye connected with RB JaMychal Hasty on 16-yard touchdown pass to culminate an 11-play, 68-yard drive.

MAYE HAS MOST TOUCHDOWNS IN HIS FIRST TWO STARTS BY A PATRIOTS QB
QB Drake Maye's 3 touchdown passes in Week 6 tied Tom Yewcic (1962) for the most by a Patriots quarterback in their first career start. Maye had 2 touchdowns against Jacksonville to give him 5 touchdowns in his first two starts, the most passing touchdowns through two career starts by a Patriots player. Jimmy Garoppolo (2016), Tom Ramsey (1987), and Yewcic each had 4.
HASTY HAS FIRST TD WITH PATRIOTS
RB JaMycal Hasty scored his first touchdown as a member of the Patriots when he culminated an 11 play, 68 yard opening drive with a short pass reception from QB Drake Maye that he turned into a 16-yard touchdown pass. It is his second career touchdown reception and his first since a 28-yard touchdown pass from QB Trevor Lawrence at the New York Jets on Dec. 22, 2022 in the second quarter when he played for Jacksonville. He finished with 5 catches for 49 yards.
OSBORN HAS FIRST TD WITH PATRIOTS
WR K.J. Osborn scored his first touchdown as a member of the Patriots on a 22-yard reception from QB Drake Maye in the fourth quarter. It is his first touchdown reception since a 6-yard touchdown pass from QB Nick Mullens vs the Detroit Lions on Dec. 24, 2023 in the second quarter when he played for Minnesota. He finished with 2 catches for 26 yards.
CARDONA PLAYS IN 150TH REGULAR SEASON GAME
LS Joe Cardona became the 24th Patriots player to reach 150 regular season games played this week against Jacksonville. C Bill Lenkaitis and LB Andre Tippett are in front of Cardona with 151 games played.
HENRY MOVES UP
TE Hunter Henry moved into seventh on the Patriots all-time reception list among tight ends with a 13yard reception from QB Drake Maye in the first quarter and now has 160 receptions with the Patriots after finishing the game with 8 catches. He entered the game needing 2 receptions to move past Jim Whalen (153).
HENRY BECOMES EIGHTH PATRIOTS TIGHT END TO REACH 1,800 RECEIVING YARDS
Henry finished the game with 92 receiving yards and became the eighth New England tight end to reach 1,800 yards. He entered the game needing 48 receiving yards to reach the mark. He is in sole possession of fifth place on New England's all-time list with 1,874 yards.
HENRY TIES CAREER HIGH IN RECEPTIONS
Henry tied his career with 8 receptions. He also had 8 receptions on Sept. 14, 2024 vs. Seattle and 8 receptions on Oct. 13, 2019 vs. Pittsburgh when he played for the Los Angeles Chargers.
BARINGER EXTENDS STREAK
P Bryce Baringer extended his streak to 24-straight games with at least one 50-yard punt after his 66-yard punt in the second quarter, the longest current streak in the NFL. Indianapolis P Rigoberto Sanchez holds second place with a 22-game streak. The NFL record for the longest streak with at least one 50-yard punt since 1970 is 38 by Shane Lechler (2007-10).
MATHIS GETS CREDIT FOR FIRST FULL TACKLE
LB Ochaun Mathis was elevated from the practice squad and saw his first action on defense for New England. He played only on special teams vs. Miami on Oct. 6 when he was elevated for the first time in 2024. Mathis was credited with his first solo tackle on defense in the third quarter when he tackled RB Tank Bigsby. He had 1 assisted tackle in 2023 with the Los Angeles Rams.
DUGGER HAS FIFTH DOUBLE-DIGIT TACKLE GAME
S Kyle Dugger had his fifth career game with 10 or more tackles after finishing with 11 total tackles. That is third in his career behind the 15 tackles at Dallas on Oct. 1, 2023 and 12 tackles vs. Baltimore on Nov. 15, 2020.
JOHNSON WITH A FOURTH-DOWN STOP
DT Eric Johnson II stopped Jacksonville RB Tank Bigsby on a fourth-and-one from the New England 6-yard line in the fourth quarter to prevent a score.

- G Layden Robinson started at right guard. He started the first four games of the season at right guard.
