FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Patriots announced today that they have tendered a contract offer to restricted free agent G Logan Mankins.

If another clubs signs Mankins to an offer sheet, the Patriots have seven days to match the offer. If they choose not to match, New England will receive first and third round compensation from the respective club.
