FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots are Super Bowl Champions for the fifth time in 15 years and now fans can preserve the memories of every play from the Patriots' three playoff games, including the historic come-from-behind victory in Super Bowl LI, with the team's latest DVD and Blu-ray release called "3 Games to Glory V." Produced by NFL Films and Kraft Sports Productions, this year's release is the most comprehensive collection of playoff coverage in the "3 Games to Glory" series, featuring more than seven hours of content on three discs, including four hours of bonus, behind-the-scenes footage. On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, fans can purchase "3 Games to Glory V" at the Patriots ProShop at Patriot Place in Foxborough, Mass. or online here. Blu-ray discs will be sold for $49.99 while DVDs are available for $39.99. It will also be sold via digital download.
The "3 Games to Glory" series began after the Patriots' first Super Bowl celebration following the 2001 season. That year, the Patriots scored upset victories over the Raiders and Steelers en route to one of the most memorable Super Bowls in NFL history, which ended with a game-winning kick as time expired to give the Patriots a 20-17 victory over the heavily favored St. Louis Rams. The Patriots commissioned "3 Game to Glory" that year to give fans an opportunity to rewatch and relive the most memorable games in franchise history.
Fifteen years later, the Patriots are offering their fifth in the "3 Game to Glory" series, which captures every play from each playoff game in a condensed-clock format. The Patriots' 2016 postseason journey was one for the ages, beginning with Dion Lewis' virtuoso performance against the Houston Texans and Chris Hogan's heroics versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. And, no one will want to forget the play-by-play details of the most dramatic ending in Super Bowl history. Down 28-3 late in the third quarter, the Patriots scored 31 unanswered points to record a 34-28 overtime victory against the Atlanta Falcons. Fans will be talking about the historic Super Bowl LI comeback for generations to come and "3 Game to Glory V" will allow them an opportunity to preserve those memories forever.
