WHO:Eighty-five finalists competing for approximately 60 positions in the 2018 New England Patriots Cheerleader boot camp, the last step in the audition process. The group competing at Saturday's final auditions has been narrowed down from approximately 325 preliminary applicants.
WHAT: Final auditions for the 2018 New England Patriots Cheerleading squad will take place on Saturday, March 24, in the Premiere Ballroom inside the Fox Tower at Foxwoods in Ledyard, Conn. Candidates will strive to showcase their best in a night of pageant-style performances complete with an opening number, swimsuit walk and with two rounds of dance performances. Admission is free. Food and beverages will be served during the event which also features a prize wheel and photo station. The show will be hosted by Patriots Radio Network color analyst Scott Zolak, former New England Patriots Cheerleader Julia Scaparotti and Executive Director of the Hall at Patriot Place Bryan Morry. Following Saturday's auditions, approximately 60 finalists will be invited to compete in the final step of the audition process at the Patriots Cheerleader boot camp. From there, 34 individuals will earn a spot on the final 2018 squad, which will be posted on www.patriots.com on April 7.
WHEN:Doors open at 6 p.m.
Show begins at 7 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 10 p.m.Â
