FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced that they have activated OL Isaiah Wynn to the 53-man roster and placed WR Gunner Olszewski on injured reserve.
Wynn, 23, started the first two games of the season at left tackle before suffering an injury at Miami on Sept. 15. He was placed on injured reserve on Sept. 17.
Olszewski, 22, originally signed with the New England Patriots as a rookie free agent out of Bemidji State on May 23, 2019. The 6-foot, 190-pounder made the 53-man roster out of training camp and appeared in eight games as a reserve, playing mostly on special teams. Olszewski totaled 20 punt returns for 179 yards and caught two passes for 34 yards. He was inactive due to injury at Baltimore (11/3) and at Philadelphia (11/17).
