Patriots Sign Two Players

The Patriots announced today that they have signed C Garrett Bradbury and LB Jack Gibbens as free agents.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that they have signed C Garrett Bradbury and LB Jack Gibbens as free agents. Terms of the contracts were not announced. Bradbury was released by Minnesota on March 18, 2025.

Bradbury, 29, is a veteran of eight NFL seasons with Minnesota after entering the NFL as a first-round draft pick (18th overall) in the 2019 NFL Draft out of North Carolina State. The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder, has started all 88 regular season games and all four postseason games since entering the NFL. Last season, Bradbury started all 17 regular season games and one postseason game at center for Minnesota.

Gibbens, 26, is a veteran of three NFL seasons with Tennessee after originally joining the team as a rookie free agent on May 13, 2022, out of Minnesota. The 6-foot-3, 242-pounder, began his rookie campaign on the practice squad before being signed to the 53-man roster in December. Overall, he has played in 29 games with 20 starts and has 160 total tackles, 1½ sacks, 1 interception, 4 passes defensed and 7 special teams tackles. Last season, Gibbens played in 10 games with five starts and finished with 41 total tackles and half a sack.
