FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that they have released DB Ameer Speed.

Speed, 24, was drafted by New England in the sixth-round (214th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Michigan State. The 6-foot-3, 215-pounder, played in five of the first six games of the 2023 season and has two total tackles on defense and one special teams tackle.
