FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that they have released QB Nathan Rourke.

The 6-foot-1, 210-pounder was inactive for two games and then dressed as the backup quarterback in the season-finale vs. the New York Jets on Jan. 7. Rourke originally entered the NFL with Jacksonville when he signed a futures contract on Jan. 16, 2023, and spent time on the 53-man roster and practice squad for the Jaguars.
