FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that LB Keshawn Banks (pronounced – KEY-shawn) has been signed to the practice squad.

Banks, 24, originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the Green Bay Packers out of San Diego State on May 1, 2023. The 6-foot-3, 255-pounder, spent the entire 2023 season on the Green Bay practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for the Packers NFC Divisional playoff game at San Francisco on Jan. 20, 2024 and made his NFL debut with limited action on defense and special teams. Banks went to training camp with Green Bay this past summer but was released prior to the start of the regular season.
