FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced that they have signed seven players to futures contracts: The Patriots signed DT Marcus Harris, CB D.J. James, WR John Jiles, T Caleb Jones, LB Andrew Parker Jr., S Mark Perry and K Parker Romo. All of those players finished the season on the New England practice squad.
