FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Patriots announced that they have traded DB Keion Crossen to Houston. Terms of the trade were not announced.
Crossen, 23, was drafted by New England in the seventh-round (243rd overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Western Carolina. The 5-foot-10, 185-pounder played in 11 regular-season games as a reserve last season, contributing mostly on special teams. He also played as a reserve in all three postseason games, including Super Bowl LIII. Crossen finished with seven tackles on defense and seven special teams tackle in the regular season and added one tackle on defense and two special teams tackles in the postseason.
