FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced that they have released DL LaBryan Ray.

Ray, 25, was originally signed by New England as a rookie free agent out of Alabama on May 9, 2022. The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder was released on Aug. 30 and signed to the practice squad on Aug. 31. Ray was placed on the practice squad injured reserve list on Oct. 26. He played in 44 total games at Alabama and finished with 76 tackles and six sacks.
